Cutter Races Jackson Hole “The Cutter Races Run so a Child May Walk!” The Jackson Hole Shrine Club presents the 4th Annual Cutter Races. This is the only thoroughbred Cutter Race on a groomed snow track in the United States. Proceeds go to the Shriners Children Hospital.
